Design is flat on the back. This is made entirely of 925 sterling silver. I hand carved the original design in wax trying to put in all of the exact intricate detail of a cluster of grapes and detail on the leaf.

Actual size of charm is 7/8″” tall by 3/8″” wide

This comes with a 18″” long 925 sterling silver chain.
